I’ve gathered below answers to the questions I am most commonly asked, but feel free to contact me directly if you have a question that’s not covered here.

Where in the world are you?
I’m based in Brighton, UK, a beautiful sea-side town just an hour from London on the train (an only 30 minutes from Gatwick Airport).
But I regularly travel to London to visit clients, and across the UK. As long as my expenses are covered then I’m happy to discuss what might work for both of us.
How long is a session?
Unless you have a very specific request, I typically recommend a minimum of 3 hours for a session – this allows time to really drop-in to an experience without worrying about the clock ticking down.
It’s also worth noting that the arrival and welcome at the beginning of the session (a cup of tea and a chat around intentions, boundaries and limitations), and the aftercare and closing at the end, can take a fair bit of time.
How much do you charge?
My standard hourly rate is currently £100/ hour (for both in person bodywork and online coaching), but offer a sliding scale based on income, from £80/ hour for those getting by, to £120/ hour for those in a position to pay it forward and support me in working with those getting by.
I also keep a limited number of slots each week for low-income clients. Please contact me directly to discuss your situation.
For LGBTQ+ folk I work with in person at Silk Brighton, I offer a reduced sliding scale of £45, £55 and £65, again based on income.
For more info please visit my Fees & Boundaries page, here.
Is travel included? Do you have a Call-Out Fee?
My hourly rate is for the time we spend together in session, so travel is not included.
I offer a standard £100 Call-out fee for visiting clients in London (this covers travel costs and food/refreshments).
But I also travel further afield, by agreement, around travel costs. Contact me directly to get a discussion going around that.
Will I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. I ask for up-front payment of 50% of my time at the time-of-booking, with the remainder payable before arriving for our session.
What if I can’t afford your fees?
I want my work to be as accessible as possible. So if finances feel like a barrier, please get in touch with me directly to see if we can find a mutually agreeable solution.
With Coaching for example, I reserve a limited number of session slots each week for those on a pay-what-you-can-afford basis.
What happens if I have to cancel (Do you have a cancellation policy?)
I offer a full refund up to 3 days before, and if paid in full, a 50% refund up to 24 hours before the session.
Do you only work with women?
I work with people of any and all persuasions, irrespective of gender or orientation, in both a bodywork and a coaching capacity.
Do you work with people with disabilities?
Yes! There are however access issues to my flat where I hold sessions (steps to the front door and a further flight-and-a-half to the first floor). If you have a disability that would be precluded by such access limitations, I would be prepared to discuss the possibility of traveling to you.
Do you work with people from the LGBTQ community?
Yes! I consider myself an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and would be happy to work with anyone across the spectrum of sexual or gender expression.
As part of this I offer both bodywork and coaching sessions in person at Silk, Brighton’s only inclusive wellbeing space for the LGBTQ+ community. Find out more about Silk Brighton, here.
Do you work with trauma?
From my own history I have both personal experience and a personal interest in trauma and trauma-healing.
In 2024, I completed a one-year professional training with Gabor Maté in Compassionate Inquiry, a trauma-informed approach that centres the client’s autonomy and nervous system regulation.
Do you have any professional training to do this work?
I trained with Spectrumtherapy (London), in 2015 to become a psychotherapist, and have recently completed the year long Compassionate Inquiry Professional Training with Gabor Maté (a deep dive into trauma and trauma-recovery work).
I have also completed professional trainings in conscious kink and tantra. I am what you could call a life-long learner. You can view the long and short training and CPD courses I have completed, here.
Do you offer longer/ overnight sessions?
Yes. I offer overnight and even 24 hour sessions. I consider these to be immersive experiences and because of the generosity of time can be deeply transformative. Please contact me directly for more information.
In principle I am available as a travel companion. Again, please contact me directly to see if we can work something out.
Do you work with Kink and BDSM?
Yes! Kink and BDSM have played an important part in my healing process, especially around the negotiation and communication of boundaries, reclaiming my power both as a submissive and latterly as a dominant. I have been involved in the kink community for a number of years and have a clear understanding of clear communication, agreement and negotiation, consent, and power dynamics (if not expertise in all the tools and equipment used in the varied world of kink).
If I had feedback, or a complaint to make? Where should I go/ who should I speak to?
I love to receive feedback, whether it is positive (always a joy to receive), or difficult to hear (we always learn the most from our mistakes). It is my intention to always work from a place of integrity, but accidents can and do happen. I am a fallible human being after all.
To this end I have created a Feedback & Accountability page, which you can access here. This is a place where you can provide me with feedback (anonymously if you would feel more comfortable to), or with details of three people you can choose from, who have agreed to have any difficult conversations with me that may be required around accountability.
