MY JOURNEY OF SELF-DISCOVERY
I am both a lover and a wounded healer – someone who has healed his personal wounds and now feels called to support others.
My work is informed by my own experience with trauma and my commitment to helping others heal.
This journey of self-discovery and understanding is a lifelong path for me.
MY Experience & Trainings
I am a lifelong learner and have invested in both my personal and professional development through therapy, workshops, and specialised training.
I completed the year-long professional training in Compassionate Inquiry (2024) with Gabor Maté, building on my training in humanistic and person-centred psychotherapy with Spectrumtherapy (2015).
I have also trained in Urban Tantra with Barbara Carrellas and in Shadow Tantra with Seani Love at the School of Erotic Mysteries. For more on my training and qualifications, click here.

MY IDENTITIES
I am a cishet presenting able-bodied male, but I’m also polyamorous, sex-positive and a proud queer advocate.
My mixed heritage and immigrant background enrich my perspective, and my journey with AuDHD has taught me to embrace my unique strengths.
Once an architect, designer, and internationally exhibited artist, I now channel my creativity and expertise into transformative coaching.
Acknowledging PRIVILEGE
I recognise that as a person born male, and presenting as both white and heterosexual, I have privilege.
These expressions have afforded me more opportunities and rights than many in this world, and continue to do so.
I am committed to ongoing awareness around my privilege, using it responsibly in the work that I do and the way I do it.
